Programme Administrator

Living Wage Foundation / Citizens UK

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time, flexible options available

 

Purpose

The Living Wage Foundation requires an experienced and enthusiastic administrator to support our accreditation team. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective processes to ensure timely invoicing and renewal of accreditations, keeping our Salesforce database functional and up-to-date and providing executive support to the Director and administrative support to the Living Wage Foundation team. 

 

We are looking for an extremely organised individual who will take initiative in administrating meetings, diary management, updating systems, supporting events and other tasks to ensure the accreditation team meet their charitable objectives.

 

Terms

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 including London Weighting

Pension: 10% employer contribution

 

Holiday: 25 days + Christmas break
