Implementing The Living Wage: A Toolkit For NHS Organisations

This toolkit has been created for NHS organisations to help them implement the Living Wage. It includes the accreditation process as well as case studies and advice from existing accredited NHS Trusts and primary care organisations. It also includes details of how Integrated Care Systems can become recognised for their commitment to the Living Wage.

The first version of the toolkit was launched in 2021 with an event which you can watch here: https://vimeo.com/577157395. It has since been updated to include further case studies and guidance for employers in the NHS.
