This report sets out how the 2025-26 real Living Wage rates in UK and London are calculated by the Resolution Foundation, and overseen by the Living Wage Commission, on behalf of the Living Wage Foundation.
On October 22nd 2025 the new real Living Wage rates were announced.
The UK Living Wage rate for 2025-2026 is £13.45
The London Living Wage rate for 2025-2026 is £14.80.
