Eligibility
The competition is open only to accredited Living Wage, Living Hours, and Living Pension employers in the United Kingdom, and their workers aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Living Wage Foundation, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition are not permitted to enter.
Entries
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, entrants indicate their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
There is no limit to the number of entries accepted per employer.
The competition opens at 00:01 on Monday 10th November 2025 and closes at 23:59 on Sunday 16th November 2025. Entries received after this date will not be considered.
No responsibility can be accepted by the promoter for entries not received for any reason.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must submit a photograph featuring the new Living Wage Foundation branding or logos, either spotted “in the wild” or created in a staged, fun and creative way.
Entries may be submitted by:
Posting on social media (Facebook, X [formerly Twitter], Instagram, LinkedIn) using the hashtag #LogosInTheWildLWW and tagging the Living Wage Foundation; or
Sending via email to [email protected] with the subject line ‘Logos in the Wild [organisation] submission’
Judging & Prizes
Winners will be chosen by an internal panel of judges who will consider creativity, originality, and relevance to the Living Wage Foundation’s mission.
There will be one winner and two runners-up.
A prize fund of £200 has been allocated across the winning entries, £100 for the winner, and 2X £50 prizes for runner-ups. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
The promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without notice.
Winner Announcement
Winners will be announced shortly after Living Wage Week (10–16 November 2025).
Winners will be contacted within 28 days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
Publicity & Data Use
By entering this competition, entrants agree to the use of their name, image, and submitted entry in any publicity material, including on the Living Wage Foundation’s website, social media channels, and printed materials.
Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without consent.
By entering, participants grant the Living Wage Foundation permission to use submitted images in future marketing materials, including on social media channels and the Living Wage Foundation website.
General
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of its control.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
The winners’ names will be available 28 days after the closing date by emailing [email protected].
