How do I approach my sub-contractors?

You should let your existing and any new sub-contractors know that you have decided to become a Recognised Service Provider as soon as possible. We can provide a sample letter if you become accredited.
You should approach positively from the point that you are a tier 1 provider that requires a sub-contractor and that the sub-contracted service you require needs to be at the real Living Wage. Your contractors may have heard of the real Living Wage, but if they have not you can send them some of our information or direct them to the website.
They might be interested in becoming Recognised Service providers in their own right.
