When are the rates announced and when do I have to implement?

The rates for 2025-26 were announced on 22 October 2025. We ask that employers implement the rise as soon as possible but by 1st May 2026 at the latest. All accredited Living Wage Employers are required to inform staff of the new rates within 1 month of the announcement.
