What is the Living Hours accreditation process? 

We've designed the process to be supportive and practical: 

1. Initial conversation - Book a call with our team to discuss the measures and answer your questions. 
2. Understand your current position - Complete our Diagnostic Tool, which helps you assess how your practices align with Living Hours across your workforce. 
3. Get tailored support - Larger organisations join a workshop to identify any barriers and create concrete next steps. For smaller employers, the Diagnostic Tool helps us determine if a workshop would be helpful. 
4. Implement changes - We support you through the changes identified in your Diagnostic Tool or workshop. 
5. Submit your licence - Finalise your accreditation. 
6. Celebrate! - Join the growing community of Living Hours Employers leading the way on decent work.
